Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk

Racing simulator use involves sustained visual stimulus and force-feedback steering that can move suddenly and with force. Risks include simulator sickness, dizziness, disorientation, muscle strain, and aggravation of pre-existing conditions.

In exchange for participation, you voluntarily assume all risks of injury arising from ordinary negligence and release Racing Station LLC, its owners and staff from related claims, to the extent permitted by Wisconsin law. This release does not cover reckless or intentional misconduct.

You confirm you are physically able to participate and that none of the health conditions listed below apply — or that you accept the elevated risk after consulting a physician.

Participants under 18 require a parent or legal guardian to sign on site before their first session. Minimum age 10 years, minimum height 4 feet 6 inches.

Checking the waiver box during checkout and/or signing at the venue constitutes your electronic signature and agreement to this waiver.
