Refund Policy

Sessions are non-refundable once booked. No-shows are charged in full. Arriving late shortens your session; we cannot extend into the next slot.

If we must close (equipment failure, weather emergency), you choose a full refund or a rebooking credit.

Gift cards are non-refundable but never expire and are transferable. Wisconsin residents retain any rights afforded by state gift certificate law.
