Booking details (name, email, phone), payment confirmation (processed by Stripe — we never store card numbers), gift card recipient details you provide, and basic site analytics (pages visited, device type).

To operate bookings and check-in, send tickets, reminders and receipts, respond to inquiries, and — only if you opt in — send marketing emails. We do not sell your personal information.

Shared only with service providers who run our booking, payment (Stripe) and email systems under contract, or when required by law.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and opt out of marketing at any time via the link in any email or by writing to info@racing-station.com. We honor applicable rights under the CCPA/CPRA and Wisconsin law, and we do not discriminate for exercising them.

We use essential cookies to run the booking flow and optional analytics cookies you can decline via the cookie banner. Browser settings can also block cookies; the booking flow requires essential ones.

Booking records are kept as required for tax and accounting purposes, then deleted. Data is encrypted in transit and access is limited to staff who need it.
