Terms of Service

Racing Station LLC ("we", "us") operates a racing simulator lounge in Oak Creek, Wisconsin, and this website for booking paid simulator sessions and purchasing gift cards. By booking or visiting, you agree to these Terms.

A booking is confirmed only after successful payment. You will receive an e-ticket with a QR code by email; present it on arrival. Arrive 10 minutes before your start time — late arrival shortens your session, and no-shows are not refunded.

Prices are listed per simulator per session in USD and are subject to change until checkout. No sales tax is added — the price shown is the price charged.

You are responsible for equipment you use. Deliberate damage, tampering, or unsafe behavior may end your session without refund and may result in liability for repair costs. Food and drink stay in the lounge area, never at the rigs.

Participation requires acceptance of our Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk. To the maximum extent permitted by Wisconsin law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected session.
